cetaphil work better Ive used it really works great for sensitve skin also dry also it very gentle it leaves a nice smooth finish it safe because is fragrance free.Cetaphil Gentle Cleansing Bar or Nivea Gentle Cleansing Cream?
I also happen to have very dry skin and i live by Cetaphil, also try the gel instead of the bar for cetaphil. But this is all up to you I would try both for a month and see which one works for you best.
