I am 13 years old, Asian and i have quite a few of brown freckles on my cheeks. I was wondering if there were any inexpensive whitening creams available at Wal-Mart that is safe to apply on my face?Are there any inexpensive whitening creams from nivea?
There is a Nivea Skin Whitening cream... but not sure if its available where you live... I know its available in Asia,,,
