Nope!


I did the Goodbye Cellulite challenge last year. I used the cream, the patches once and did the workout that came with the cream. It worked amazingly and working out is what's keeping the cellulite away. So use a tube or two of cream (it'll last months), and keep working out and toning up and you should be OK.Do i have to use the Nivea goodbye cellulite cream, patches, AND pills together for it to work?
You can choose whichever method you prefer. I believe Nivea wants you to use all of the products at once...(simply for marketing purposes.)





But, I have just recently picked up the patches (that's all I've used) and they really work! I've only been using them for a week and I see a difference : )





If you're willing to pay $10 for a box of six ';kinda a bummer'; Then they're totally a good buy!
